What do you recommend we book for our Wedding?
Most couples want getting ready photos, ceremony coverage, family / wedding party photos and reception coverage. If this is you, I recommend booking no fewer than 5 or 6 hours of wedding day coverage! My bigger packages include an Engagement Session and sufficient Wedding Day coverage.
Where can I find your pricing for Weddings or Elopements?
Check out my pricing page for information! My wedding packages starts at $2150 and elopements start at $1000. An average wedding investment is about $2500-$3000. For all the details about my Wedding Packages fill out my contact form!
When will we receive our photos?
Family and Engagement Sessions will receive their photos back after two weeks. Wedding Day photos will be delivered 2 months after the big day.
How will we receive our photos?
All sessions will be delivered to your email with a link to your very own online gallery. With this gallery you have access to all downloads, prints and custom products. It is super easy!
Wedding Packages include the online album as well as a custom USB with all of your photos.
Do you travel?
YES! I am based out of Southern California and I love to travel. Fill out the contact form and clue me in on all the details of your big day and I will get you more information on my travel options. A flat travel rate will be added onto your total and then I will worry about getting my travel and lodging figured out.
What is an Engagement Session?
Booking an Engagement Session is a must! This session is perfect for you and your soon to be spouse to warm up in front of the camera and start collecting priceless photos for your big day. Most commonly Engagement Sessions are used for your wedding announcement and should be scheduled at least 3-6 months before your big day.
Why would you recommend booking a separate Formal Session?
During your Formal Session we can do a First Look, aka the first time the groom has the chance to see his bride in her dress. It’s magical. Another bonus to a Formal Session is you can choose an epic location and we will shoot at the best time of the day. Your wedding day will be full of so many things that it’s great to already have a separate session booked either prior or post wedding to dedicate to those photos.
When should we book you?
Each engagement period is different for each couple but I recommend booking at least 4-7 months before your wedding! This gives you a better chance to snag the date before someone else books it. If your wedding is coming up sooner than 4 months still fill out my contact form and we can make something work!
What should we wear to our session?
Avoid bright or intense colors, as well as logos, words or anything distracting on your clothing. Your faces should be the focus!
Don’t be afraid of patterns that compliment each other. Try to wear outfits that go well together, but avoid over matching. Have fun with your outfits and wear something that feels comfortable and like yourself. I am here to help with any questions or concerns!
Where will our photos be taken?
ANYWHERE YOU WANT. Seriously, let’s adventure. I can offer suggestions and ideas but we will go wherever you choose.
Do you have a shot list for sessions or weddings?
My sessions are care free, fun and full of movement. The majority of my shots are candid and capture your personality, with a few posed shots as well. I will be sure to inform you of this process when you book with me.
For weddings, I always ask my clients to create a list of their own of “must have” shots and I carry that list with me during your special day. I will go over with you your wedding day shots and the process before the big day.
How do we book you?
HECK YA let’s work together! Fill out my contact form and we can get this party started. Once you are ready to book I will send you a contract to sign and information about your retainer. Once the contract is signed and retainer is paid you are officially booked!
